We exist for one purpose. To help our clients achieve their objectives.

Windward exists for one primary purpose – to help our clients achieve their objectives. We are at our core a services firm. We are a highly skilled team of professionals and problem solvers who strive to make the places where people work, shop, study, heal, store, and serve – work better.

Supporting and innovating with clients nationwide, we are proud of the long-standing trust our teams have earned for more than six decades. The world however is a fluid and ever changing place and each and every day is another
opportunity to engineer the future, one space at a time.

Our clients create places for a host of varied reasons. It is our goal to understand their objectives and create solutions that specifically serve them and the people that use the places they create. We know that we are blessed to partner with so many other professionals of varied expertise when we come together on projects teams. Excellence in engineering can only be achieved by being a productive partner with the entire real estate, design and construction team.

We balance vision with pragmatism, acting as stewards of your business objectives. Most importantly, we design
solutions where we treat your resources like they were our own. Thank you for the many years of trust and confidence in our team, we aspire to continue to honor that for many more years to come!
