Windward provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering, as well as security and lighting design for this 850,000 SF bank building. Extensive security consulting services, in conjunction with the design of vestibules, were provided. The vestibules included a security guard’s room and four sally ports as well as ballistic resistant screening equipment that comprised of x-rays, access control systems, and metal detection.
Our engineering design included the multimedia exhibit adjoining the building’s atrium, exterior sign pylons, and a tensile membrane entrance canopy.
