Windward provided MEP and fire protection engineering as well as lighting design services for 40,000 SF of renovations and new construction. The project involved a 2-story addition to the existing first floor emergency department expansion area. The project includes significant renovation areas on the first, second and third floors that consist of 24 Patient Rooms, 7 Pre-Op Patient Hold, 7 Examination Hold, 2 EP labs (1 new, 1 relocated), 6 Radial Bays, and 7 Post Anesthesia Care Unit Rooms
