The Potomac Science Center is a 50,000 SF research and education center. The building will contain wet labs for teaching and research, spatial analysis laboratory, lecture rooms, and offices.
We provided LEED fundamental and enhanced commissioning services, as well as emergency power commissioning. We partnered with Whitlock Dalrymple Poston & Associates, Inc. (WDP) who performed envelope commissioning. Along with WDP, we performed design reviews, issued commissioning specifications, reviewed submittals concurrently with the A/E team, and made observational site visits to monitor project progress and construction.
This project achieved LEED Silver certification.
