Once the home plant of the nation’s second-largest steel manufacturer, SteelStacks located in Bethlehem, PA is a 10-acre campus dedicated to arts, culture, family events, community celebrations, education, and fun. The site has been reborn through music and art, offering more than 1,000 concerts and eight different festivals annually.
Windward provided all MEP, fire protection, security system design, and specialty lighting services for this new state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center, which included a 350-seat café, two cinema studios, office space, a multi-purpose event room, common area, outdoor plaza for musical events, and a full-service kitchen and bar.
Above all else, the space provides exciting and comfortable environments for guests to visit, eat, listen to music, enjoy a show or simply socialize.
