Windward provided MEP engineering services for the relocation of Comerica Bank’s executive headquarters in Detroit, Michigan to Dallas, Texas. The project is 190,000 SF and encompasses five floors of the Comerica Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas.
The challenge with this project was the coordination of the many contractors, including Comerica teams, Executive teams, and Comerica cost centers, both in Detroit and Dallas. This required constant and dedicated attention without interruption due to the need for an immediate response, necessary to keep this project on track within a short timeframe.
