Windward provided multi-disciplinary engineering design services associated with the construction of a 135,000 SF facility featuring an outpatient services center, comprehensive rehabilitation center, women’s resource center, sleep disorder center, community education center, operating and procedure rooms, and radiology and diagnostic imaging suites. The state-of-the-art outpatient center houses an array of outpatient care including ambulatory surgery and radiology. The center also accommodates a separate medical office building with physician offices.
