For over 40 years, IFM has developed, manufactured, and marketed sensors to industries that include assembly and robotics, automotive, material handling, packaging, metal forming, plastics, and food and beverage. Windward provided the design of a fully functional MEP, fire protection, and fire alarm building systems to meet IFM’s proposed space program requirements for the fit-out of their new two-story building.
We also provided the design of a new HVAC system including supply and return distribution of the existing system, hydronic piping systems and appurtenances, and automatic temperature controls for the new programmed areas.
Additional design provided included power distribution for all lighting systems within the program requirement, design and coordination of cable pathways, new branch circuits to serve the new programmed area, new plumbing systems with water piping and water heating systems, and fire suppression and fire alarm systems.
