Located in New York City, Nomad Tower tenants enjoy a private lounge complete with ping pong and pool tables and arcade games as well as conference rooms, amphitheater, fitness center. A unique feature is New York’s largest bicycle storage, as well as indoor bicycle access within the office building.
Windward provided specialty lighting design services for Nomad Tower’s 50,000 SF lobby, and amenity spaces. An open view of the coffee bar and amphitheater activates the lobby spaces and encourages tenants to mix. The building received LEED Gold, Energy Star, and Wired Gold certifications.
