Windward provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for various projects at the Sofitel Hotel. Our work included renovations to the hotel’s lobby, engineering services for ADA compliance of 20 guest rooms; plumbing upgrades in all restrooms; and an engineering evaluation and subsequent design for water infiltration remediation for two service elevator pits.
