Windward provided the MEP engineering services as well as lighting design to transform the original shell space of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau into an open, flexible, and innovative work environment. The Bureau is home to multiple divisions and employees enjoy the design features that include adjustable lighting settings throughout, a sculptural pendant in the reception area, varying ceiling heights, a mural of the city that encompasses an entire wall, and new color-changing LED signage at the perimeter glass.
