Windward provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for this LEED GOLD Certified project. The 3675 Market Street building consists of 14 stories with 345,000 SF of office space, wet laboratory space, a conference meeting space, as well as street-level retail space.
The building houses a new chilled water plant located in the mechanical penthouse consisting of 3-ton water-cooled electric centrifugal chillers.
