The Center at 3675 Market Street is in Center City, Philadelphia. It is a 14-story building with 345,000 square feet of office space, wet laboratory space, a conference meeting space, and street-level retail space. Windward provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for this LEED GOLD Certified Project.
The building has a new chilled water plant situated in the mechanical penthouse, which includes three 3-ton water-cooled electric centrifugal chillers.
