Eastview Terrace comprises of seven 2- to 4-story buildings with a combined total of 300,000 SF across nine acres at Pennsylvania State University. The residential hall complex is the gateway to the University campus along College Avenue.
Windward provided MEP engineering as well as fire protection, telecommunications, and lighting design services for the construction of multi buildings, totaling 811 beds. Each residence facility accommodates dorm rooms, offices, conference rooms, and lounge spaces; public toilet rooms, storage areas, and mechanical and electrical rooms; and entrance vestibules, corridors, and ancillary areas.
