Windward provided specialty lighting design services for the Lancaster Arts Hotel that was formerly a tobacco warehouse converted into boutique hotel rooms. The building was originally built in 1881 and is one of the historic hotels in Pennsylvania’s Register of Historic Places. This five-story 35,000 SF hotel features original works of art from 36 artists, and it includes 63 deluxe suites, meeting rooms, and an onsite restaurant and fitness space.
