The Devault Maintenance Facility consists of an equipment storage building, vehicle maintenance and repair building, and an administrative area that will connect to a maintenance shed building. The second and third buildings will be salt for storage.
Windward provided MEP and fire protection engineering, as well as telecommunications, and security design for the new 70,000 SF turnpike maintenance facility that includes a fully functional, and sustainable highway maintenance and vehicle maintenance facility on a nine-acre site. The project includes facilities for truck washing, vehicle maintenance, and fueling, administration, roadway maintenance equipment storage; and road salt and anti-skid material storage and mixing.
