For over two years, Windward has been a preferred MEP and fire protection/fire alarm engineering provider for Industrious, a shared office provider with locations in nearly three dozen markets. We provided site surveys and assessments on over 50 candidate properties, and have completed design, or are in the process of designing, full project efforts on over 10 projects. These projects are typically in the range of 30,000–50,000 SF of contiguous space within Class A office buildings, with the final space being a modern workspace of individual and common areas, suitable for spaces of 1–25 workers.
